All summer long, Pole Dancing PTBO offer private and public retreats at our beloved outdoor summer studio, 'The Bridge', at the Gaudreau Damn and Mill on Indian River.
With the sound of the damn underneath our covered bridge, it's hard to believe you're only 20 minutes from downtown Peterborough. Our covered bridge keeps us protected from the elements, and is big enough for everyone to feel safe in the fresh outdoor air.
*This makes a fantastic work party!

Past Retreats:
Pole & Paddle
Experience the change of season, starting your night off with a sunset paddle up Indian River.
Your paddle is followed by a 90 minute pole class for students of all levels.
First timer? This will count as your 'Intro to Pole' and you will advance to 'Newbie' level.
Experienced Poler looking to get out on a SUP board before it's too cold? We will be working on some choreography and combos especially for you.
Full Moon Rise Evening Yoga Retreat
Experience the magic with the full moon rising and a sunset paddle on the water.
Restorative Aerial Yoga: a low to the ground therapeutic practice to restore and rejuvenate! Breath, relax and take it all in.

Restorative Bamboo River Yoga Retreat
Getaway and recharge in the tranquil setting of the Indian River, Ontario, Canada.
Morning Restorative Aerial Yoga: a low to the ground therapeutic practice to restore and rejuvenate in a covered bridge! Afternoon Bamboo Yoga to align, centre and expand using the prop of a tall Bamboo pole! Bring your own mat and lunch!
River playtime, tube float and optional stand-up paddle rental!
Limited to 6 people. In case of rain, we will retreat to the covered bridge.
In case of a lightning storm and thunder, we will reschedule.
